1. Introduction to Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quick Drama platform and related products and services (collectively referred to as "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. If you are under 18 years of age or do not have full civil capacity, you should read these Terms together with your guardian and pay special attention to provisions related to minors. Otherwise, Quick Drama shall not be liable for any adverse consequences resulting from your use of the Services and may terminate your access.

Jinghong (HongKong) Technology Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong with its registered office at Hong Kong Tai Kok Tsui 111 TUNG CHAU STREET THE CLOUD ROOM12, 6 FLOOR ("Jinghong (HongKong) Technology Limited", "we", "us", or "our"), is the operator of the Quick Drama platform and provides services in accordance with these Terms.

2. Parties and Scope

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Jinghong (HongKong) Technology Limited as the operator of Quick Drama. Any individual's access to or use of Quick Drama services or products shall be subject to these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, "user", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Services in any manner.

3. Account and Security

3.1

You may access certain parts of the Services as a guest without creating an account, but it is strongly recommended that you log in using Google or other supported authentication methods to better protect your account.

3.2

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and account information, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must log out when you stop using the Services and must not share your account or password with any third party.

3.3

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quick Drama shall not be liable for any account insecurity, unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure of personal information, or any loss or damage resulting therefrom that is not caused by Quick Drama.

4. Personal Information and Privacy

4.1

Quick Drama regards the protection of users' personal information as a fundamental principle and adopts appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of personal information.

4.2

When you access the Services using third-party login methods, we will only process your personal information to the extent necessary to provide, secure, and improve the Services, in accordance with applicable laws and our then-current privacy documents (e.g., privacy policy, if published).

4.3

You may view and update certain account information you have provided through account settings or similar tools available in the Services.

4.4

Unless required by applicable laws and regulations, Quick Drama will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization, or individual without your consent.

4.5

For minors, Quick Drama is committed to adopting protection measures appropriate to their age and risk level, including collecting only reasonably necessary personal information and avoiding uses that conflict with the best interests of minors. If parents or guardians believe it is necessary for their minor children (especially those under 12 years of age) to use the Services, they may register an account in the name of the parent or guardian and are responsible for assessing whether the Services are suitable for these minors and supervising their use.

5. Permitted Use and User Obligations

5.1

Unless Quick Drama has otherwise agreed in writing, you may only use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.2

You must use the Services only in the manner explicitly permitted or documented by Quick Drama and must not attempt to circumvent any technical, security, or usage restrictions.

5.3

You shall not:

• Use any unauthorized plugins, scripts, bots, or other third-party tools to interrupt, interfere with, damage, modify, or otherwise affect the Services.
• Access the Services in any manner other than through the interfaces provided by Quick Drama.
• Use the Services in any manner that may render the Services unusable, overloaded, damaged, or affect the normal operation of the Services or the user experience of other users.

5.4

Any material violation of this section shall be deemed a serious breach of these Terms. Quick Drama may, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, suspend or terminate your access to the Services, retain any fees you have paid as liquidated damages, and seek further legal remedies if actual losses exceed the retained amount.

6. Content Compliance and Control Policy

We have established and will continuously improve our content review and control mechanisms to ensure that our products, services, and promotional materials do not contain pornography, violence, gambling, drugs, terrorism, infringements of others' lawful rights and interests, or other prohibited or illegal content. Specific measures include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Content review mechanisms: We conduct manual and/or technical review of uploaded, published, and displayed content, including the use of automated tools such as keyword filtering and image recognition, and apply enhanced monitoring to high-risk content.
• Classification and graded management: We classify content based on its nature and, where appropriate, implement access controls such as age verification or other restrictions for products or services that may involve sensitive content.
• User reporting mechanisms: We provide convenient reporting channels, respond promptly to user reports, and complete verification and handling of reported content within the required time frame.
• Training and accountability: We provide regular compliance training to operations, review, and other relevant personnel, clarify their responsibilities, and hold personnel accountable if they fail to properly address non-compliant content.
• Record keeping and traceability: We keep records of content review and handling to ensure traceability and auditability, and cooperate with regulatory authorities and payment service providers in conducting compliance inspections.

7. Fraud Monitoring and Dispute Handling Policy

We maintain a robust fraud risk monitoring system and dispute handling mechanism to protect transaction security and user rights:

• Fraud monitoring mechanisms: We build transaction behavior analysis models to monitor and flag abnormal transactions in real time (such as high-frequency transactions in a short period, large transactions, or logins from unusual locations). We set risk control rules including transaction limits and frequency caps, and may apply manual review, delayed fulfillment, suspension of transactions, or other measures for high-risk transactions. We periodically evaluate and update our risk control strategies based on changes in industry risks.
• Refund and dispute handling processes: We define the conditions, time limits, and procedures for refund requests, and review and process such requests within the specified time. We maintain an objective and fair dispute resolution process, and where necessary, provide transaction records, logistics information, or other supporting materials. We keep records of dispute outcomes and regularly analyze the underlying causes to improve our products and services and reduce dispute rates.
• Cooperation with partners and regulators: We cooperate with payment service providers and regulatory authorities in dispute investigations, and provide relevant information as required. We will not conceal, fabricate, or destroy evidence.
• Responsibility and penalties: Where fraud losses or disputes are caused by us, we will bear corresponding responsibility and take appropriate remedial measures. Internal personnel who engage in fraud or other violations will be subject to serious disciplinary action and, where applicable, legal liability. We periodically review and update these policies to ensure ongoing alignment with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and agreements with payment service providers.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong"), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for the resolution of any such dispute or claim.
